Take 2!

Another year, another try. After my first attempt at starting a travelogue failed miserably (a bit of a troublesome time for the Sebastian family led to a lack of updates...) I'm setting out, clenching my jaw and trying again! This summer's itinerary promises to be one of the best evahh! A two-and-a-half-week mini tour of California and at the end of May we jet off to Eastern Europe (somewhere none of the Sebastian kids have ever been)! We leave for America tomorrow and you can already feel the electric excitement crackling through the air at our house. It's been 2 years since we've been to America! ('08, does that count as two years? Was never one for math.) Anyway, where the hell are we going?

Los Angeles//Via Airplane
Carmel-by-the-Sea//(all remaining)Via Car
Monterey
San Luis Obispo
San Francisco
Napa
San Diego
DISNEYLAND BABY!

(wi-fi access permitting) I'll be updating my travelogue as often as I can with photos, maybe a few videos, and perhaps any music I'm feelin'.

Lezgooo!

Post-Flight-Update!!!: After a 14 hour journey (1 hour and 45 minutes to Hong Kong... an hour and 30 minutes' wait... and and 11 hour flight to LA) we're finally in the citeee of angels! Wooht!

PS: Just got my new hp mini! It's AWESOME!

Where in the world is Jo-B Sebastian?

Heyaa!
after a little scare (we almost had to postpone our trip due to... techinical difficulties... *cough* our land lady disappeared for a bit *cough*) we're back on track! I'm going to Europe this Summer and thought I'd make a travelogue for it, sharing my experiences and showing off my holiday snaps :)

SO. Where the hell am I going? Check out my itinerary:

London/Bath/Paris/Provence/San Sebastian

The family has now entered what I like to call: The Sebastian Rush. Last Minute is now synonymous with the Sebastian name. We wait 'til the very end to get things done, it's just the Sebastian way. (Not my Dad though... He's weird.) Watch us pack in an afternoon. We'll make it... You'll see.

I love packing time. It's overly stressful (especially for our family) yet oddly thrilling. Shirts being thrown around, voices screaming out demands, frantic rifling through closets and cabinets... And who can forget The Toothbrush Paradigm. You always leave feeling as though you've forgotten something... Did you check your toiletries? Yup. You forgot your toothbrush. Yay. Foreign toothbrush shopping time. My favourite.

Okay. Enough rambling...
laters.
